Learning to Dance in the Rain has been very easy for me. I am drawn to Water & Life! The exciting part for me is to teach you to enjoy your moment in the dance as I capture it from behind my camera.

Brides are very much what I truly enjoy shooting. I love that there are so many different personalities, dresses, likes, and overall combinations. All of it makes my mind work hard to create the PERFECT shoot for each individual. I love dramatic when it comes to brides and the look we are trying to achieve. This session worked out perfectly for it! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Just a note for those that know M and J: Unfortunately the wedding has been called off. However, the images are so beautiful I am still going to share. They are 2 good people who decided that the time and place was just not right for them. They are still friends which is great considering what happy people they are.
It is not uncommon for me to wait to post engagement, bridal, or wedding images. Many times the couple want me to wait until after they have sent out their invites so that family sees the images for the first time in their invites. M&J were fun to shoot because they were up for a whole lot of fun. We did a little hiking and found some beautiful locations for them to get the best images. They were so in love which made it for quite an emotional high. You will see in the images I post here.

It is one thing to capture the I do’s and moments of it happening and another to capture the beauty of their love in their own special environments. That is where I LOVE to be. Taking pictures of them interacting in their favorite locations in their wedding clothes or street clothes. Seeing all that love and documenting it in the most appealing way possible. I thrive for these moments.
This particular couple absolutely love Antelope Island in Utah. They take their family there frequently and it is their home away from home. The perfect location for them! The snow also adds another element to the images – making this a very fun and lovely set to cherish. Enjoy!

Moments like the next image crack me up. I love the real and the raw. This is something they will chuckle at for a long time. Most married couples would agree. I just caught it on film. LOL
I love seeing the interaction of a couple soon to be married. The way he assists her and watches out for her as she has to get up and down from a boulder or in and out of a car. Just the simple courtesies that make me go awe…. So simple yet speaks volumes!
Marriage is an amazing event because like the next image – you are walking into the vast unknown hoping for the very best, expecting bumps, but knowing all along that you will be doing it together hand in hand.
